The camera at the start of the arrestor bed entrance appears to have been removed,
but there is now a compulsory Stop/Go lane for all vehicles over 2 tonnes alongside
the gravel pit. There are video cameras on the Stop/Go lane. There is another stills
camera around the corner, about 300 metres from the traffic circle. 80kmh down to 60kmh,
but it doesn’t seem to be working. Thanks Brian

Matoks (Near Louis Trichardt) |
N1 |
Matoks is about half way between Louis Trichardt and Polokwane and cops are still
trapping there on a regular basis. 60km zone. Be very careful. As you get into the 60km/h zone, traffic officers have a tendency to set up
their cams, both directions, so be careful when driving around this area.
Stick to the speed limit. Thanks to Brian for confirming. |

When entering Polokwane just before the first robot there is an 80km/h sign,
you are speeding from the highway and you miss the sign. Immediately after
the sign they hide behind a board. Thanks John.

There is a speeding camera on the way back from Musina
just after you go through the mountains at Louis Trichardt.
It is on the left hand side trapping from the front just
before the truck stop on the left with the red and white
lines.
