Stead Road |
There is a permanent camera pole on the corner of Stead and Webb streets,
where a traffic light is located. Although Stead is a main road, joining up
with Duncan street, the speed limit is 60. The camera has two functions
(1) measuring speed (2) timing the crossing of the red light. 60km zone. Thanks to Paul.

Hans Strijdom |
At the Hans Strijdom Dr / Garsfontein Rd intersection, permanant camera trapping
robot runners travelling North on Hans Strijdom. This intersection is
notorius for its accidents, called Pretoria's "killer highway"
so please be careful anyway! Thanks Paul.

Rooihuiskraal Rd between Reddersburg and Panorama St. Permanent Camera on
the way towards The Reds Mall. Another camera in the same location, but
opposite direction has been errected, but not completed yet! Thanks CM.

On the Kempton - Pta Highway under the Olifantsfontein off ramp bridge there is a
permanent camera housing where the actual camera is installed inside mostly over weekends. Thanks Daniel.

Botha / Lenchen / N1 |
They have removed almost all the permanent cameras in Centurion. 1) Botha
Ave/Christine de Witt at Kloofsig. 2) Botha Ave at Cantonments Road 3) N1
South 2 km before Botha offramp 4) N1 north at John Vorster onramp and 5)
Southbound in Lenchen road. Watch out, they are going to put them up at some
different spot when least expected. Thanks E1.

Van der Hoff |
From Rustenburg towards Pta West on vd Hoff over Transoranje road the next
bridge a guy normally sits with a laser camera catching oncoming traffic.
The speed limit is 70km/h. Thanks Anton Otto.

Rooihuiskraal Rd |
Lately they are trapping on the corner of Rooihuiskraal Rd and Reddersburg
Str, standing just before the Shell garage. They do it in the afternoons
till about 7pm, in both directions in Rooihuiskraal Rd. They are using
laser, so their are no pipes to look for on the road surface. Be aware of
this new location. Thanks Hannes.

Look out for trapping in Trouw Street between 2nd and 4th Avenue hiding on the right hand side of
the road in a property entrance. Thanks Arthur.
